Ukrainian business once again proves that there is potential for development even in the most difficult conditions.
Since the middle of September this year, we have started the construction of a new shopping center in the city of Stryi, Lviv region.
Our new customer is the company "STRYYINVESTPROEKT". According to the agreed plan, the area of the building will be 2,900 sq.m., the area of the territory to be improved will be 3,500 sq.m.
We are building this shopping center from scratch on a turnkey basis, and so far a lot of preparatory work has been done by the specialists of the BSG team, although this is only 10% of the planned work:
- the boundaries of the land plot are drawn;
- construction site fencing completed;
- connected according to the permanent scheme of electricity supply and water supply, cut-in into the existing sewer was made;
- old building dismantled, garbage removed;
- the installation of the retaining wall has been completed;
- concreting of columnar foundations with subsequent waterproofing was carried out;
- concreting of foundation beams with subsequent waterproofing was carried out;
- reverse layer-by-layer backfilling of the site and building spots was performed.
Specialists are currently working on the object:
- concrete workers - 6 persons
- surveyors - 1 person
- handymen - 3 persons
The BSG team plans to finish construction of the shopping center at the end of January 2024.
We are also confident in the bright and peaceful future of our country, so we are not losing momentum!
