Today we decided to tell you about a new construction facility in the Dnipropetrovsk region, which is being successfully implemented, including by BSG specialists, and is already gaining momentum.
During our work, this facility is our largest. On the site with a total area of 1.095 hectares, the construction of a sports complex is planned:
- arena with stands (S = 1425 m2);
- 3-story part of the agricultural complex building (S = 452 m2);
- 2-story part of the building of the hotel-exhibition block (S = 922 m2).
The start of construction took place on June 26, 2022. So far, our specialists have already managed to perform a certain amount of earth and concrete works, namely:
- Preparatory works (clearing of the site - 100%, arrangement of temporary roads - 80%, arrangement of the site and residential town - 100%).
- Zero-cycle works (the development of the pit is 100% completed, the foundations of the arena with the stands are 100% completed, the basement in the 3-story part of the agribusiness building and the 2-story part of the hotel-exhibition block is 30% completed.
So far, specialists have been involved - 10 monoplanes, as well as 3 excavator units and 4 dump trucks.
Roughly, our team plans to finish construction of the sports complex at the end of 2023.
